The Historic Cooking Guild of the Catawba Valley will cook many familiar and not so familiar pork dishes just as our ancestors did.

Spoons BBQ Truck will provide food concessions throughout the day. So come on out and enjoy the sights and smells. It promises to be an educational and entertaining day.
