Reptilian Fun with DUPLO® & LEGO® Bricks 4 Kidz!

Join us at the Museum of York County on Saturday, July 29th for uniquely fun and educational hands-on LEGO® based sessions with Build Me Up Bricks 4 Kidz of Fort Mill. Boys and girls ages 4-13+ can participate in one of three different sessions where they will learn more about reptiles and then build a Bricks 4 Kidz custom model with coach Brad to reinforce what they learn! Enter a drawing to win a free LEGO® set!
Regular admission + additional charge of $3 per participant.
(Regular Admission: Adults $8; Seniors $7; Youth 4-17 $5; CHM members and children 3 and under free.)
Mini-Builders I & II (maximum of 20 children per session) Ages: 4 to 6
Choose 1 of 2 –40 min. DUPLO® sessions: 10:10 am –10:50 am or 11:00 am—11:40 am
- Children will learn the science and natural history of alligators. Then, they will go hands-on with a qualified Bricks 4 Kidz instructor to build a 3D model of an alligator to reinforce what they learn by creating a fun and memorable experience!
Junior Builders III (maximum of 40 children for this session) Ages 7-13+
Choose 1—75 minute LEGO® Build session using motors: noon-1:15 pm
- Children will learn the science and natural history of snakes. Then, they will go hands-on with a qualified Bricks 4 Kidz instructor to build a moving motorized snake to reinforce what they learn by creating a fun and memorable experience!
Knowledge; teamwork; identification of colors, shapes and sizes; counting; and fun are just a few of the benefits of this Bricks 4 Kidz program. Note: LEGO® elements, instructions and models are for instructional purpose only. They are not taken home. Each workshop participant will receive a Bricks 4 Kidz brag tag they can proudly place on their bags.
