Event Description:

This annual event highlights the many process of turning raw wool into finished textiles. 

• Shearing of our heritage breed Gulf Coast sheep
• Storyteller Tim Lowry will tell farm and barnyard stories
• Meet and pet farm animals large and small
• Processing of wool includes: sorting, washing, carding, spinning, dyeing, weaving, sewing 
• Historic cooking featuring mutton
• Food available for purchase

Adults $8; Seniors $7; Youth 4-17 $5
3 and under and CHM members free
