McConnells, SC – The 19th Annual Children’s Day on the Farm will be held at Historic Brattonsville on Saturday, March 24 from 10:00am until 4:00pm. Hands-on children’s activities relating to colonial and antebellum farm life will include crafts, kid’s military drills, toys, games, candle making and a 4-H petting zoo. Brattonsville’s farm animals will be on display, including the site’s newborn lambs. Pony and tractor-drawn wagon rides, along with family-friendly foods make for an educational and fun-filled day.
