Visit Historic Brattonsville on Saturday, September 1 from 10:00am until 4:00pm and observe the vocations that were a means of livelihood for men and women who lived on the property. Costumed interpreters will demonstrate century-old trades of teaching, blacksmithing, doctoring, farming, soldiering, spinning and weaving, to name just a few. Watch history come alive and talk to 1st person interpreters. See examples of their trade and join in with the interpreters as they hone their skills. Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy the entire day’s activities throughout the site. Regular admission fees apply. CHM members admitted free.
