Free admission for fathers at Historic Brattonsville
Dads get in free on Father’s Day!
McCONNELLS, SC – What was it like to be a father 150 years ago? Dads can find out at Historic Brattonsville, where they’ll receive free admission on Father’s Day, Sunday June 21.
Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the site features more than 30 historic structures open to the public. These “house museums” chronicle the development of the Carolina Piedmont from the 1750s through the 1840s.
And remember, admission to the Museum of York County is free every Sunday.
COST Free for dads! Other adults, $6; Seniors, $5; Youth ages 4-17, $3; members and children 3 and younger admitted free.

The Culture & Heritage Museums are managed by the York County Culture and Heritage Commission (CHC), chartered in 1997 by the York County, South Carolina, Council. The Culture and Heritage Foundation supports the CHC, its museums and the future museum being developed on the Catawba River at I-77.
