This workshop will be held at Hightower Hall at 1036 Brattonsville Rd. McConnells, SC 29726.
Create a sumptuous charcuterie consisting of assorted meat, cheese, fruit, and spreads. Learn how to make an edible rose, and sample homemade mustard with recipes to take home. After the workshop, relax on the veranda to enjoy your charcuterie or wrap it to take home. You may bring a bottle of wine to enjoy with your charcuterie on the veranda.
