Join us Saturdays in March for Women’s History Month! These Living History Saturdays focus on the lives of women in the 18th and 19th century Carolina Piedmont, both enslaved and free. Each weekend will highlight different aspects of women’s social lives, responsibilities, and pastimes, as well as the stories of women who lived on the Bratton Plantation. This weekend’s theme is Many Hands, Light Work.
