DESCRIPTION:Participants contribute images of organisms by emailing citizenscience@chmuseums.org. This month’s theme is birds of prey and mammals. \nPlease include the name of the photographer and place where the photo was taken. The best photos of the month may be featured in a virtual exhibition. The first week after the contest ends each month the winner will be announced via Facebook. Observations may be submitted all month long to citizenscience@chmuseums.org.

I bet you didn’t know that Pet Sematary can tell us a lot about decomposition\, or that there are actually Dracula-like parasites! What birds do we really need to watch out for if The Birds happened in real life? Are sharks the actual dangers lurking in the ocean depths like Jaws has led us to believe? If you want to learn more\, don’t be afraid to stop on by the Museum of York County for some seriously killer fun! \nAdmission covers two drinks (wine and beer) and classic movie themed snacks!
