“Spirits & Stories: Brattonsville by Twilight” – autumnal festivities by day, spookiness by night


MCCONNELLS, SC –Historic Brattonsville offers something for everyone during “Spirits & Stories: Brattonsville by Twilight.” By day, the living history plantation will be full of old-fashion fun and hands-on activities including wagon rides and harvest demonstrations. At twilight, guided lantern tours will be offered along the battlefield trail where Captain Christian Huck was killed; hear stories about him from the ghostly past. Other amusements include Simon St Clair’s Magick and Marvel Show and live music, cider and donuts by the campfire. Food concessions will be available for purchase by the Friends of Historic Brattonsville. 

“Spirits & Stories: Brattonsville by Twilight” on Saturday, Oct. 15 from 3- 9 p.m.

Please note that the site will not be open before the event.

Admission: Adults - $8, Seniors - $7, Youth (ages 4-17) - $5, FREE to CHM members and children age 3 and younger.

Historic Brattonsville is located at 1444 Brattonsville Road in McConnells, SC.
