While Away the Winter – Cold Hands, Warm Hearts

Join us for our Living History Saturdays in January that focus on wintertime activities including: outdoor farm work, indoor projects, meat preservation, and building community with friends and neighbors. Each weekend will highlight different elements of how people in the Carolina Piedmont whiled away the winter. This weekend will focus on building community.
Activities:
• Quilting
• Shelling Corn
• Dancing Demonstrations at 11 a.m. & 3 p.m.
• General Site Tour at 2 p.m.
