Our Favorite Cookbooks

This month’s Living History Saturdays focus on cookbooks from the 18th and 19th centuries that feature prominently in Brattonsville’s cooking demonstrations. Each weekend will highlight dishes from a different book, as well as activities that reflect the era of publication. This weekend we will be cooking with Mrs. Hill’s New Cook Book, from 1867.

Living History Saturdays are included in Historic Brattonsville’s general admission for Saturdays in November.
