Children’s Day on the Farm
Do you think you would learn most from art, mystery, or occupation? Join us to explore how children were educated in the 18th and 19th century Carolina Piedmont. From the schoolroom and the barnyard to the trade shop and the hearth, this event will center on the arts, mysteries, and occupations that taught children about their world. Interested participants can collect stamps from each activity to fill a historic-style passport (included with admission).
