This month’s Living History Saturdays focus on cookbooks from the 18th and 19th centuries that feature prominently in Brattonsville’s cooking demonstrations. Each weekend will highlight dishes from a different book, as well as activities that reflect the era of publication. This weekend we will be cooking with The Kentucky Housewife, from 1839.
Featured Dishes:
• A Curry of Chickens
