Letter of the Week
We love to learn. Join us each Thursday to learn your letters through letter songs and practice identifying things that start with this week’s letter. Afterwards, make sure to search the museum for the missing letters, if you can find it bring it to an educator to earn a sticker! This week’s letter is “O.”
Come Draw with Me
This event highlights the rich natural history of the Carolinas that inspires artists around our country. Featuring Piedmont regional artists at work in the Museum’s galleries. Sensory-Friendly Evenings
Come join us at Main Street Children's Museum for our sensory-friendly sessions! These FREE sessions are exclusively for our guests with sensory sensitivities. Winter Wonderland
It’s cold outside, so come on in and warm up with some winter activities. Build a snowman out of boxes, play winter-tic-tac-toe with snowflakes and icicles, and make a wonderful winter craft. No matter the weather, we hope you’ll join us for a bit of winter whimsy.

Come to the Chilly Side – Artic Animals
Join us to learn about the chilly side of nature and explore artic wildlife. We will explore polar bears, king penguins, and even seals! Learn what they eat and how their special adaptations allow them to live in such a chilly world and make a fun craft to take home.
