Pints & Patriots!
Member Exclusive | Free to Members | Ages 21+ | Pre-registration Required
As a valued member, you’re invited to experience one of the most important gathering places of the 18th century. Taverns were where neighbors exchanged news, debated politics, forged friendships, and built community. During this exclusive evening, you’ll step into the candlelit Bratton Tavern to enjoy that same welcoming atmosphere while learning the fascinating history of tavern life at Historic Brattonsville.
Enjoy a complimentary tasting of “Waves of Grain,” a locally crafted beer generously donated by Slow Play Brewing. This beer was brewed especially in honor of Historic Brattonsville for the YOCO Brew Trail. Hear the fascinating story of the Bratton family’s tavern from Historian Zach Lemhouse, then settle in for an evening of lively conversation, traditional fiddle music, and authentic 18th-century tavern games, including dominoes and cards.
Throughout the evening, mingle with fellow members and historically dressed patriots while sampling period-inspired tavern fare. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a craft beer lover, or simply looking for a unique night out, Pints & Patriots offers an unforgettable glimpse into tavern life during the Revolutionary War Era.
