This event highlights the rich natural history of the Carolinas that inspires artists around our country. Featuring Piedmont regional artists at work in the Museum’s galleries. Bring your sketchpad and pencils and draw your favorite things from the Museum’s collections.

Join us each Thursday to learn your letters through letter songs and practice identifying things that start with this week’s letter. Afterwards, make sure to search the museum for the missing letters, if you can find it bring it to an educator to earn a sticker! This week’s letter is “P.”

Winter Wonderland

It’s cold outside, so come on in and warm up with some winter activities. Build a snowman out of boxes, play winter-tic-tac-toe with snowflakes and icicles, and make a wonderful winter craft. No matter the weather, we hope you’ll join us for a bit of winter whimsy.
