Fascinating Forests Family Day
Saturday, June 1 | 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
We will have engaging activities to learn about Carolina Piedmont trees, animals like squirrels, deer, and foxes as well as the bugs that make our forests grow. We will also explore ways we can help preserve forests for future generations.

Enjoy the beginning of summer with an early morning walk with us. Learn about the plants that are blooming and learn about how they play a part in our ecosystem. Participants will also learn about the birds they can see and hear.

Guardians of the Stream
Become a Guardian of the Stream and learn to gauge the health of our creeks and waterways. With an Adopt-a-Stream volunteer learn about our waterways and how we monitor them for health. Advanced Registration Required. To register e-mail scheduler@chmuseums.org.
