Pre-registration Strongly Encouraged | $15 Adults, Seniors, & Youth; Free for Members and Children 3 and younger

Dive into the fantastic world of fossils as you browse Museum of York County’s vast collection! Find out how fossils are formed and what fossils tell us about past organisms. Make a fossil print or put together a fun Pangea map.  Charleston Fossil Adventures will be here from Noon to 4 p.m. with a display of South Carolina fossils and will give a presentation at 1 p.m. Visitors can also “dig” for fossils with Dirt Dauber Deb. Join us for a fun day full of activities and fossil education as you learn more about these important relics of the past.
