Are you ready for a new year at MYCO School for Witchcraft and Wizardry? Join us to explore our amazing Piedmont Alley to make sure you are ready! First, find out your house with the York County Library Book Mobile. Then you can explore herbs and plants for your natural remedies with Purecell’s Blissful Botanics. Pick out your pet at Robin’s Magical Beast Stand. Make a mini broom at Madam Ledger’s Broomstick Parlor or mail a letter at the Ebenezerville Owl Post. Do not forget to get your balloon character with Ross the Balloon Guy! Our shop will be stocked for all your wizarding needs. There may even be some surprises to see! Put on your best dress robes, have your wands at the ready and join us for Harry Potter Science Saturday at MYCO!

Wee Wednesday
Join us as we sing songs, play instruments, watch a felt-play, read a story, and make a craft. Each week has a different story and craft, centered on a monthly theme. February’s theme is “Friendly February.” This week’s book is “Making a Friend” with a beaver craft.

Letter of the Week
Join us each Thursday to learn your letters through letter songs and practice identifying things that start with this week’s letter. Afterwards, make sure to search the museum for the missing letters, if you can find it bring it to an educator to earn a sticker! This week’s letter is “Q.”

By Way of the Back Door
Celebrate Black History Month with us every Saturday in February from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.! Each Saturday, we’ll be taking a closer look and honoring the daily lives of enslaved people from the 18th and 19th centuries. This week, we will be focusing on The Life and Times of Molly –1780.
